You may be contemplating divorce, seeking recommendations for a divorce attorney, wondering how to file for divorce or you may even have already hired an attorney. Or perhaps you might be feeling as though the rug has been pulled out from underneath you because you had no idea that your spouse filed?  Or you may even be in a full emotional breakdown.

No matter where you are in the process, you need an emotional supportive, an understanding and knowledgeable divorce team which might include a divorce attorney or mediator, Guardian ad litem or (GAL), financial planner and divorce coach.

What I do as a divorce coach is to be that one point of emotional care that will help you by listening to your story and assessing your specific needs while including real time strategies  about the process and pot holes to look out for emotionally, physically, financially and spiritually.

My work is based in a “What I know NOW that I wished I knew then” approach. Incorporating me as your divorce coach will provide you with proven strategies to withstand the intense, life altering terrain of the family court system.

Building your emotional resilience during a divorce and especially during a high conflict divorce is a must in order to withstand this earthquake.

You, your children and your soon to be ex-spouse all need support.

Anyone who is experiencing a divorce needs a divorce support team or a divorce support group.

No matter whether you or your spouse filed, the ripple effects of a divorce are far-reaching.  And the effects are compounded if you are dealing with a high conflict personality (HCP). Self-care is critical and support is needed for everyone involved including you, your spouse, your children and your extended family.

Let me walk with you within in this journey because you are not alone.

Listen in from the comfort of your home to the complimentary tele coaching session the first Wednesday of each month to share, be supported and connect with others in a similar situation.  Some of the topics will be:

  • Why Join a Divorce Support Group
  • What now? Been Served with Divorce Papers
  • How to file for divorce
  • Understanding your reasons for your divorce?
  • Creating Emotional Resilience
