How are you? No really. How are you doing?

This past weekend, I participated in a conference and was the final presenter of the day and the title of my talk was “Time to Decompress”.

I feel as though we all need to take a collective exhale.

The current state of our country has an emotional trickle down theory that is effecting all of us.

Meaning, the intensity of the emotional polarity can’t help but wash over us individually.

What is being felt globally is manifesting locally within our physical, mental, spiritual and emotional bodies.

How can it not?

The shadow side or underbelly has come up to the light.

So if you’re feeling alone, isolated, numbed out or just plain teary.

I want you to know that you’re not alone.

That you’re surrounded by love and light.

That it is okay to feel.

Just ask yourself these two powerful questions: What do I feel? What do I need? Then do that.

That it is okay to cry if you need too.

Decompress in the manner that is just perfect for you. Take that moment of pause. Call a friend. Stay off social media. Run around your block, have a cup of tea, coffee and take solace.

And if your mind is remunerating, going over a thought over and over again, go to gratitude.

Create your gratitude list and read that over and over. Remunerate about what you have to be thankful for is the fuel we all need now to move us out of scarcity and fear.

Then as we move through our day-to-day lives with our secret heart’s longings or intention which perhaps could be intending to manifest a baby, a beloved relationship, to move away from a toxic situation or person and maybe grieving from a personal loss, just be where you are.

Ground yourself! Practice planting your feet on the ground, walk barefoot, feel the earth! We need the positive ions now! Prior to leaving your house check in and imagine beautiful white light filaments coming down over you like a shower and pooling around your feet. Now imagine those brilliant white light filaments coming out of the soles of your feet, perhaps looking like tree roots, extending down, down, down into the core of Mother Earth.

Breathe in and out this white light. When you sense you’re feeling wonky, go back to this meditation and grounding.

Plus! Drink water, eat healthily and do this following homework daily.

Home work!

I don’t usually assign homework but would like to ask that each person to focus on inner balance and peace because when we are standing within a place of acceptance of ourselves we can only be accepting of others.

Each morning and night say out loud:

May I be happy. May I be well. May I be safe. May I be peaceful and at ease.

May you be happy. May you be well. May you be safe. May you be peaceful and at ease.
