Recovery Time Might Have An Undeniable Strangeness

There’s an undeniable strangeness to intentionally pausing throughout the day to reset your nervous system. But did you know that the more frequently you do it, the less recovery you’ll need?

I’ll be honest—I’ve recently fallen off the wagon when it comes to my own reset moments during the day. I start off strong, with my cherished time for journaling, prayer, and meditation (accompanied by a frothy coffee), but as the day progresses, I’ve noticed a surge in triggered feelings and a sense of disconnection from myself.

These moments feel more intense and charged than ever before.

In my line of work, I have the privilege of supporting women who are navigating moments when they feel a bit lost, under pressure, and uncertain.

The practice of pausing is something we all weave in and out of. It’s about leaning into self-trust and reconnecting with our true essence.

Because here’s the thing—YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! You know your values, your sense of self, and what you’re capable of achieving. You KNOW.

So, let’s not judge the strangeness of taking those reset moments this week. The world outside may be changing, but you remain steadfast in your identity. We can embrace both aspects simultaneously.

Have a question? I’d love to gift you a 15-minute laser session to discuss your fertility intention, and fertility game plan and help you with your spiritual Feng Shui.
