So Whole Or Soulful

We are constantly united and whole, yet we may sometimes forget how to embrace our holistic way of life. You might recognize when you’re feeling off or carrying someone else’s energy.

A simple deep breath can help. (in through your nose out through your heart ~ practice exhaling through your heart center) First, acknowledge the feelings of unease.

Next, try one of the following affirmations:

  1. “Go back to once you came, never return to me or this reality.”
  2. “I transmute this foreign energy to its source for the highest good of all.”

In times of extreme trauma, you might temporarily disconnect from your four-body system due to the overwhelming circumstances. Reconnect with yourself by repeating a unifying word, such as ‘Unify, Unify, Unify ‘  or ‘ integrate, integrate, integrate to bring together your emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual bodies. There is a childhood song (from catholic school)  “The more we get together, together, together,  the more we get together the happier we’ll be”…. 

Focus on you!  Be comfortable with your inner togetherness.
