It’s time to leave things behind and make room for a new cycle or chapter. As we collectively step into uncharted territory this year, a new structure is emerging. It can feel unsettling—to say the least—but the best way forward is to focus inward, helping to make everything feel a little less abnormal.
By turning your attention inward, you can ensure that your actions are purposeful and aligned with your intentions. Try asking yourself, “Does this action have a purpose?” For example, I’ve been embracing my homebody tendencies lately, but then I find myself judging that I’m not “out there more.” To address this inner conflict, I simply pause and ask, “Does this action have a purpose?”
Along with this, I’ve been reflecting on what’s working and what isn’t. Spending time to reset and reflect has helped me feel more centered within, even as everything around me feels chaotic.
Now, I have a new freebie gift for you! All you need to do is find a quiet space and jot down what’s working for you and what isn’t. This exercise is a perfect way to clear your mind before setting your dreams and goals for the New Year!
Remember, with each decision, you are planting seeds for newness in your life. I encourage you to nurture your skills, relationships, and self-care routines—they’re essential to your personal growth and awareness. And don’t forget to ask yourself, “Does this action have a purpose?”
