We Are Enough

We are enough.

We are enough.

The holiday season is in full swing!

TBH: I’ve been listening to Christmas carols since before Thanksgiving Day. In sharing this with my sister, it started a discussion on how Thanksgiving seems to be overstepped by Halloween and Black Friday. Then we both agreed that we do not pause long enough around Thanksgiving and we zip into the December holidays via Black Friday. (All the while I had I’m dreaming of white Christmas blaring in the background)

Now, well into December, 2018 it’s hard not to be acutely aware of the expectations that December brings with it.

Merry, Happy & Rejoice!

And what happens when you aren’t feeling those feelings but the polar opposite?

Sadness, depression and shame.

The past few weeks within my private coaching session, feelings of sadness, depression, anxiety and shame have been part of the “not enough” emotional state that has been up to the light for healing.

Not enough. Time. Money. Energy. Love. Support and an overall sense that “I’m not doing enough”.

Not enough for a love relationship. Not enough for a baby to come through the body.

Not enough for expectations placed by ourselves and others.

The ingrained unconscious tape that seems to run as loud as my holiday music is hurting us.

Dimming down our light. Our spirit. Our drive. Our Self love. Our Self compassion. Our Self-kindness.

So let’s just stop! Let’s all just make the collective intention to STOP!

Acknowledge ourselves and feel the deep pressing FEELINGS THAT NEED TO BE FELT.

Feel and acknowledge them and release them to the light for transmutation and healing.

Know it is okay. It’s okay to feel whatever you are feelings.

KNOW IT IS OKAY. I’m going to say it again. It’s okay to feel all the feelings that you are experiencing.

And then let the light pour into you.

The light of the eight candles of the menorah.

The light from the Christmas Trees. The divine Christ light.

The divine bright white light being poured down during this time.

Sit for a moment with your feet on the ground and imagine that powerful, healing comforting light wash over your from the crown of your head down to your feet. Let it wash away all the cords and attachments to feeling and situations that are not for your highest and best. Breathe that in and exhale love. (phrew! Just typing this brought me calm)

We are light. We are love. We are ENOUGH!
