What Is the Path?

There’s a deep sense that we’re standing in a place of no return.

You can’t tuck everything back into the past anymore—not after what we’ve seen, heard, and learned. Maybe it’s what we always intuitively knew, but now it’s undeniable. We know that we know.

I was hit with the thought: My God, it’s worse than you could have imagined.
The systems that feel brittle, exposed, and built on sheer fraud and misogyny.

And yet… here we are.

Our path feels clear—and at the same time, completely unknown.

So the question becomes:
What are we leaving behind?
And how do we let healing come in?

You may be carrying frayed nerves right now. That makes sense. This is not a small moment in time. But even here, especially here, there is an invitation to get clear. Clear about your priorities. Clear about what actually matters. Clear about what you need in order to stay whole.

As calmly as you can—without forcing, without rushing—begin moving toward repairing and replenishing yourself.

This is soul work.
Nourishment work.
It’s about fine-tuning what is not coming forward with you.

Some things simply don’t belong on the next stretch of the path.

This is also a moment to get bold in your self-study. To look directly at fear—not to shame it or suppress it—but to understand it. What does it need to be acknowledged? What does it need in order to move through your body, your mind, your nervous system?

Healing doesn’t bypass fear.
It moves through it.

And sometimes, the most powerful medicine is the simplest truth, repeated again and again until your whole system believes it:

I am safe.
I am safe.
I am safe.

Let that be your anchor as the path unfolds beneath your feet.

What am I leaving behind?

How does it feel to release them?

What fears need acknowledgment?

Notice what shows up when you think about stepping forward.

How might you move that fear through your body, mind, and spirit instead of avoiding it?

What nourishes my soul?

List practices, people, or experiences that fill you with life, grounding, or joy.
How can you integrate one of these today?

Affirmation:
End by repeating: “I am safe.” Let it anchor you as you step onto your path.
