Draft schedule 10-10:50am: Grounding Techniques for Uncertain Times, led by Kristen A Darcy.
When feelings of uncertainty arise going within and connecting to your core through grounding is most helpful for overall wellness. Feeling uncertain go within for consistent calming, connection and clarity. Together we'll discuss 1) Why grounding techniques work. 2) Quiet our Amygdala 3) Interrupt the Pattern of Uncertainty 4) Refocus on our body and out of our head (mental body) to the present moment! This is a powerful practice!
